We sell pre-owned, refurbished, and open-box electronic devices. While we make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each product, minor variations may exist. All grading (e.g., Mint, Good) is based on our internal 30-point diagnostic check.

3. Warranty

Panda Mobile provides a standard store warranty on most devices. The specific duration and terms of the warranty are outlined on the product details page. Warranty covers hardware defects and normal use failures, but does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within a specific window from the date of purchase, provided the device is in its original condition and accompanied by the original receipt. Certain restocking fees may apply. Please contact us for specific return eligibility.
